It’s like going to a gym, with the best trainers. Only it’s not for your body, it’s for your nonprofit.  They teach you, they push you to be the best version of yourself for your nonprofit. I have learned so, so much!  

It has been a game changer for us. I’ve met other, wonderful nonprofits that I am learning from. It’s the best investment you can make in yourself as a leader.

I strongly recommend that if you do it, you join with your board chair or with someone else because it is a big haul. But it is the first time, at least for us that we have the opportunity to move forward this quickly.
